In just a few weeks, we hope you will all be joining us for our Family Fun Day of Village Cricket —a perfect opportunity to bring your family and friends to enjoy a day of cricket, entertainment and great company. We’re thrilled to invite you to be part of this exciting event, and we hope you can come along and encourage others to join as well.

Here’s what’s in store:

**Women's & Junior Softball Cricket Match – 11:00 AM:**
We’ll kick off the day with a fun and inclusive softball cricket match. This game is open to everyone, regardless of experience, so feel free to step up to the crease and have a go!

**T20 Cricket Match – 3:00 PM:**
For those who enjoy a more competitive game, we’ll be hosting a T20 hardball cricket match in the afternoon. Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to the sport, we encourage you to participate and enjoy the thrill of the game. If you want to play let us know by 20th August.

**Mobberley Cricket Club BBQ – From 2:00 PM:**
Our famous BBQ will be firing up in the afternoon, offering a delicious selection of food to keep everyone fueled and happy.

**Family Activities and Entertainment:**
We’ve got plenty to keep the younger ones entertained with a range of garden games, face painting and ice cream throughout the afternoon. We’re also excited to announce that the Cheshire Mix will be joining us for the day, offering a delightful selection of sweet treats for everyone to enjoy.

** Bar Opens from 12:00 PM**
Enjoy a refreshing drink while soaking in the atmosphere. From our local popular Cheshire Cat to a pint of Guinness on draught or try one of our non-alcoholic beverages or a glass of fizz - there's everyone's favourite!

**Tombola & Cake Stall**
Test your luck on this year's tombola or treat yourself to a slice of cake. We are currently collecting tombola donations which can be dropped off at the cricket club (during match / training times) or passed to any cricket club committee member / player. Cake donations can be dropped off the day before or on the day.

** Party on the Pitch**
After the cricket matches, the fun doesn’t just stop there! We’ll be playing a range of tunes well into the evening, so why not grab a drink, relax and enjoy the sunset with your family and friends. It’s the perfect way to wind down after a day of cricket in the beautiful surroundings of Mobberley Cricket Club.

Let’s hope the weather is on our side, so we can all enjoy a sunny, fun-filled day with friends, watching some great cricket to entertain us!
